The substantially-complete project provides the agrochemical maker with a new formulation lab and an adjacent, H2-classified, single-pass environmental chamber for research in highly-explosive powdered compounds used in manufacturing fertilizer. Work includes more traditional analytic labs, plus new and renovated offices as well as a renovation to the exterior to address accessibility issues. Local zoning ordinances mandate the parking lot undergo a redesign to include extensive landscaping.
