Second renovation of an existing industrial building built in 1935. In 1985, the shell structure was converted through adaptive re-use into SRO housing for chronically-homeless women.

The recent renovation included seismic and fire safety upgrades, installing solar panels, providing new bathrooms and kitchens, new lighting and finished surfaces throughout, and making all common spaces wheel-chair accessible and many units adaptable to accommodate wheelchair-bound residents.
