Complete renovation of a 25,000-square-foot industrial space for the South Bay high-tech start-up and innovator in reverse osmosis desalination membranes – the nanofiltration technology making drinking water a renewable resource. TWG provided programming, schematic and final documents, and, even after project completion, continues working with NanoH2O in the ever-evolving process of building improvements. Original work involves new research wet labs, a new proprietary pilot plant commercializing a still-nascent technology, and the fledgling company’s corporate offices.
